I stopped by and the staff were helpful once I got served, which I appreciated. My instinct was that they knew what they were doing, and I felt I could trust their advice. The only downside was the queue took ages, so it wasn’t the quickest shop visit.

The refund did come through eventually, so there’s that. It was just slower than I expected, because apparently my money needed a little vacation before coming back to me. Not the worst experience, but definitely not speedy either.

It just stopped updating for a couple of days, and I had absolutely no clue if my parcel was on its way, lost in another dimension, or sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Overall, everything turned out okay, but I really wish the delivery updates had been clearer because the waiting and guessing was way more stressful than it needed to be.
